I am writing this letter of recommendation for Sang Kim at his request. I have known Sang professionally and personally since 2004. He has served as my most regular substitute on those Sundays I have been unavailable to lead worship at St. Andrew.
In all of that time, I have found Sang to be a person of deep personal Christian faith, sharp intellect, tremendous warmth and great humor. He has been enthusiastically embraced by our congregation. Whenever I announce vacation plans, I am always immediately asked, “Is Sang preaching while you are gone? I hope so.” He shows clear dedication to his work, whatever that might be at the time, and is always reliable.
